ZestPay lets you manage prepaid cards and crypto in one app. Use the Dashboard for an overview, Crypto Wallets to hold and send crypto, and Cards to view, top up, and manage your cards. ZestPay is a mobile app for managing prepaid cards and crypto wallets in one place. It is not a crypto exchange, you use it to hold supported crypto, send crypto to other users, add balance to your prepaid cards with crypto, and manage your cards (view details, freeze, see transactions, etc.).

What you can do in the app
Crypto Wallets
- View balances for supported assets (e.g. Ethereum, TRON, USDT).
- Get a deposit address and QR code to receive crypto.
- Send crypto to other users (by email or from your saved recipients).
- View transaction history and generate a new wallet when offered.
Cards
- View your cards, balance, and expiry.
- Open Card Details (card number, CVV, etc.) after confirming with Face ID or your account password.
- Add balance (top up) using your crypto wallets.
- Pay for a new card application with crypto.
- View card transactions and apply for another card if available.
- Manage card: freeze/unfreeze.
Frequently asked questions
ZestPay is a mobile app for managing prepaid cards and crypto wallets. You can view balances, add funds with crypto, send crypto to others, and manage your cards (e.g. freeze, view details, see transactions).
For account, card, or technical issues, use the

hello@thezestpay.com. Include your registered email and a short description of the issue.
Open the app and sign in with your email or phone number and password. If you forgot your password, use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen.
On the unlock screen, tap “Forgot unlock code?” You'll be signed out and can sign in again and set a new unlock code.
Go to Crypto Wallets, choose the asset (e.g. Ethereum, USDT), and open Deposit. Use the address or QR code shown; only send that asset type to avoid loss.
Go to Crypto Wallets → Transfer. Choose an existing recipient or enter their email, then pick the asset and amount and confirm.
Deposits need network confirmations. Check Transactions for status. If it's been a long time, contact support with the transaction ID or address.
Open Cards, select your card, then tap Card Details. Confirm with Face ID or your account password to see the details.
Open Cards, select the card, then Add Balance. Choose a crypto wallet and amount; the balance is converted and added per the app's terms.
Open Cards → your card → Manage. Use the option to freeze or unfreeze the card.
Freeze your card immediately: open Cards → your card → Manage → Freeze. Then
contact us so we can help secure your account and, if needed, arrange a replacement.
Check your balance and network. If it still fails, note the error message and contact support with your email and what you were doing (e.g. “Add balance to card”, “Pay for new card”).
Card transactions: Cards → your card → Transactions.
Crypto: Crypto Wallets → choose wallet → Transactions.
